Our top priority is that everyone including vendors, guests, and organizers and volunteers have a fun, safe, and successful event! The guidelines below help make sure things run smoothly and stay within legal limits. We appreciate you working with us to create a great vibe all weekend long!

Table Placement: All booth and table spots are thoughtfully planned ahead of time. We’ll do our best to honor special requests, but once spots are assigned, they’re final.

Signage is a Must: Please make sure your booth clearly shows who you are — a banner, tablecloth, sign, or placard is perfect. Let folks know who they’re supporting!

Stay in Your Space: Keep your products, displays, and signage within your booth area. Don’t block aisles or overflow into neighboring booths. Keep It Kind: No drama, please. Conflicts with other vendors, customers, or staff will not be tolerated.

Stick to Show Hours: We ask that all vendors stay for the full show hours each day. If something urgent comes up and you need to leave early, please talk to a show organizer before packing up.
