Common Name: Halimoon Pothos

Origin: Hybrid (tropical Southeast Asia)

Toxicity: Toxic – can cause irritation if ingested

Plant Profile

  • Trailing or climbing plant with long, velvety green leaves

  • Leaves are typically deep green, sometimes with subtle silver variegation depending on light

  • Moderate grower; excellent for hanging baskets, shelves, or moss poles

  • Prefers bright, indirect light; tolerates lower light but growth may slow

  • Avoid direct sunlight to prevent leaf burn

  • Thrives in warm, humid environments (50–70% humidity) and temperatures between 65–85°F

  • Grows best in well-draining, nutrient-rich soil

  • Allow the top 1–2 inches of soil to dry between waterings to prevent root rot

  • Prune occasionally to maintain shape and encourage fuller growth
